Rotation Programs
As part of Williams’ overall career development, our rotation programs help prepare new
college graduates to make significant contributions within the company by exposing them to
a wide variety of experiences that continually strengthen and develop their ability to
provide value. These programs vary according to discipline with rotations lasting
approximately one year each. Preference is given to candidates with prior internship
experience for entry into these programs.
Those eligible to participate in this program should meet the following criteria:
- Undergraduate students in business, information systems, and engineering
- Graduate students in business-related fields
- Received degree while maintaining cumulative and major 3.0 grade point average
- Must be a recent graduate with no post graduate work experience
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to positively lead and influence others
