How long are Williams internships?
Internships at Williams generally last through the summer – about three months.
How should I prepare for an on-campus interview?
Learn about Williams here on our Web site. Review our annual report, talk to current
employees, former interns, and your teachers. Arrive a few minutes early and have a
resume and copy of your transcript with you. Business casual dress is appropriate.
How can I get an internship at Williams?
Each semester we are on campuses around the country recruiting interns and future
graduates. See our calendar to find out when we’ll be on your
campus.
Do you hire interns full time after graduation?
Preference is given to our successful interns for full-time positions and returning
internships. If an intern has shown to be the right fit for our company and we are
the right fit for them, we are very interested in maintaining our relationship.
Where will my internship be located?
Location depends on the type of position. Internships vary from an office environment,
assignments at our asset bases, or even a combination of both.
Does Williams offer a program where I can learn a variety of different functions
within the company?
Our Rotation Programs are a great way to learn a lot about the company and different
jobs within three years. Employees in our programs are new graduates and spend time in
various groups, depending on their area of discipline. They include our Engineering
Development Program and Professional Development Program. Learn more.
