The New Jersey Alliance for Action recently presented Williams with its New Jersey Leading Infrastructure Project award for our Woodbridge Lateral pipeline project in Woodbridge Township, N.J.

The Woodbridge project is an expansion to Williams’ Transco pipeline system. It will deliver natural gas to the Woodbridge Energy Center, which will ultimately generate enough energy to power more than 700,000 homes.

The New Jersey Alliance for Action’s award highlights innovative, pioneering and landmark construction initiatives that greatly impact the state’s economy. We were nominated by electric power provider CPV.

We are greatly honored to have won this year’s award. We’re looking forward to continued work with CPV and the new power generation plant to help keep New Jersey homes warm.
