In our headquarters city, Williams has been a longtime supporter of River Parks, Tulsa’s jewel of forests and green space along the Arkansas River. And for several years, Williams has sponsored River Lights, a family festival and 5k, held each December. That tradition continued on a rainy Saturday afternoon as our senior vice president and chief administrative officer, Robyn Ewing, welcomed runners and families to the event.

Tall, lighted Christmas trees framed Tulsa’s downtown skyline as Santa and his helper greeted event visitors.

Prior to the start of the race, Robyn introduced youthful singers from Theatre Tulsa, who performed selections from the musical, Elf Jr. She then shot the starter’s pistol to launch the Ugly Sweater 5k. With the help of granddaughter Lucy, Robyn also provided interviews to local TV news crews.
