Employee Resource Groups
Our Employee Resources Groups (ERGs) are open to all employees and help us promote inclusion across the company. Members and allies participate in ERGs as a space for growth and connection through community and volunteer events, and professional and personal support for one another.
Asian Pacific Islander Employee Resource Group at Williams is an employee-led group dedicated to community service, community outreach, cultural education, and creating a safe space for Asian American and Pacific Islander employees and allies within Williams.
Black Employee Resource Group is dedicated to promoting equity and representation for Black employees at all levels of the organization while fostering engagement, professional development and mentoring.
Latin Employee Resource Group works to unite and energize the Latin community through a collaborative network that promotes education and understanding of diverse cultures, supports communities through action and fosters professional development.
LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group works to foster safe, inclusive workplaces for LGBTQ+ employees and their allies, celebrate the value of our diverse experiences and perspectives and embrace their authentic selves.
Men Advocating Real Change Employee Resource Group provides resources to help members support colleagues from underrepresented groups and often collaborates or co-hosts opportunities with other ERGs to provide an environment for relationship building and allyship.
Native Employee Resource Group works to increase the Native presence in Williams’ culture by promoting Native visibility, inclusion and empowerment through education, community involvement, and creating a safe place for Native Americans and their allies to gather and share stories and ask questions.
Parents in Williams Employee Resource Group is devoted to creating a culture within Williams that is defined as a “workplace that works for parents” and is inclusive of caregivers across Williams through community, support and education.
Veterans Employee Resource Group is made up of our proud community of employee veterans who support each other through shared experiences, professional development and veteran-focused recruitment and retention.
Women of Williams Employee Resource Group creates a supportive environment where women, and those who support women, can connect, feel a sense of community, build relationships and contribute to the company’s success through collaboration, mentorship and programming.
Young Professionals Employee Resource Group creates an effective space that empowers our team members who are in the early stages of their careers through networking opportunities, exposure to different parts of the business and organic community building.
Diversity & Inclusion Council
The Council governs our companywide diversity and inclusion opportunities. Members include executive officers, organizational and operational leaders from across the business, and individual employees from diverse geographic regions and demographics.
