We’ve heard from numerous landowners, business groups and communities who realize that the Constitution Pipeline project can be very beneficial to the northeast region.
The latest came from the Chenango County Board of Supervisors in New York. The Board approved a resolution strongly supporting the pipeline project this week. Read the full story in the Oneonta Daily Star.
Constitution will pay millions in taxes to school districts and local governments along the pipeline route. And, gas distribution franchises are being obtained by local company Leatherstocking Gas, which could bring lower cost natural gas service to communities in Chenango County.
