Overview
The Overland Pass Pipeline includes a 760-mile natural gas liquids (NGL) pipeline from Opal, Wyoming, to the Mid-Continent NGL market center in Conway, Kansas, along with 150- and 125-mile extensions into the Piceance and Denver-Julesburg Basins in Colorado, respectively. Overland Pass Pipeline Company is a joint venture established between ONEOK Partners and Williams in May 2006. The Overland Pass Pipeline is designed to transport approximately 245,000 barrels per day of NGLs.
Williams (NYSE: WMB) owns 50 percent of Overland Pass Pipeline Company, LLC and ONEOK Partners, L.P. (NYSE: OKS) owns the other 50 percent interest. As of April 1, 2011, Williams is the operator of record.

Overland Pass Pipeline, including the Piceance Basin Lateral and DJ Lateral, traverses 26 counties in Colorado, Wyoming and Kansas.

Wyoming: Albany, Carbon, Laramie, Lincoln, Sweetwater
Kansas: Barton, Cheyenne, Ellis, Ellsworth, Gove, McPherson, Rawlins, Rice, Russell, Sheridan, Thomas, Trego
